The answer is yes. you can get inifinte 3 year extensions . I am one of the examples myself.

People,
I am proud of my 4 year old girl. She has written a letter to the President. When a 4 year old can write , we have 25k adult members and only about 500 of them have sent letters! Why ?

If we can't do this simple task, how can we expect the govt. to change laws for us ?
I understand, you are reading this post, but don't have a printer at home to print ? Ok, now open hotmail , gmail or yahoo mail, compose a mail to your work address. Just add this word document, and send a email to your work email address with the word document attached. when you see this email at work, just print 2 copies of the attachment, thats all you have to do.

Actually, IIRC, in 2001/2002, DOL denied a lot of RIR LCs from big corps. There was the infamous Zeigler memo that affected Texs DOL region the worst. Lucky for west cost I think Cal DOL did not take that into account. Not sure about other parts of country.

My I-140 is still pending at NSC.
I am planning to change my apartment. Same city, different zipcode, better deal!
Please advise when is AR-11 to be filed, is it based on lease start date or actual move date? :confused:
Here is my question:
In order to avail the deal, I need to "move-in" by 05.05.2009. So my lease at the new place will start on 05.05.2009.
Due some reasons, I cannot physically into the apartment till 05.16.2009. I will still be in my old apartment until then.
So when do I need to file an AR-11 form, by 05.15.2009 (10 days after my lease starts) OR 05.26.2009 (10 days after which I am physically in the new apartment)?
IMO you need to fill AR11 only once you vacate your old apartment. If you want file AR11 earlier, you can do it. Since you own(rent) both apartments till 05.16.2009 you can retain your old address till 05.16.2009 and file AR11 before 05.26.2009.
After filing AR11, call USCIS customer service to verify the address change. (Don't misuse infopass for such basic stuff).

We know how those B&H sales-people behave. I have been there too often. It all depends what you need and who happens to like to talk to you on that day at that time. LOL.
Adorama is much smaller, but much more user friendly. 17Photo is great in price too. I haven't try the cash-for-no-tax thing yet. J&R is great, but never seem to stock the camera stuff I want, not even a 72 mulit-coated thin CPL.
