Hello. I've got a Mac Mini from 2006 (i think) this are the specs of it:
GMA 950
2 GB RAM (Upgraded)
2 GHz Intel Core Duo
Mac OS X 10.4.11
Is there any games that this machine can run without using boot camp? thanks :

Hi everyone,
I've jailbroken my iPhone for the last 8 months, but have upgraded and been using it normally.
However, today when I turned it to vibrate, the bell with the line showed up on the screen, but on the top right hand corner next to the battery symbol, there was no indication that it was on vibrate mode. Is this normal (i may have forgotten)? Is the symbol just for jailbroken phones? I suddenly noticed this so I am not sure. I have asked around people, but gotten no help. Thanks in advance. Sorry for the stupid question.

I have a few months left of .mac and have began switching everything over to other services. The .mac mail is just unreliable and slow for the price. The new web page looks nice but I am sure it will be as slow as the other services.
I now use GMail for Mail and use Picasa for photo hosting. It has great iPhoto intergartion and the premium service is like 20 bucks a year.

If Adobe provides comprehensive .psd support, I can see this being useful as a companion to Photoshop. It obviously isn't intended to "be" Photoshop.
Let's say you got a meeting with a client who wants to see your work. Photoshop is pretty heavy handed and can get in the way if you need to demo something. But on an iPad.... a client could say "what would it look like if our logo was down there..." or that "type was a shade darker" or whatever and you can prototype on it. So when you get back to your underground design lair the change already comes across just by opening the original .psd.

Agreed. This doesn't sound correct. I have a corporate discount and added the feature. I still have the discount.
When this initially was announced and after holding for a long time while the rep checked, ATT told me verbally that the dicounted $29.95/450 min plan would go to regular $39.95 regular price if I wanted the unlimited mobile to mobile with unlimited texting but it in fact wasn't the case. I was able to do it online. The first day or so of the promotion the site was giving me an error whenI tried to make the change but I was able to do it on day 2 or 3. I verified earlier today that my discount rate was still in tact and I had the unLim Mob to Mob.

After looking around, guess the 1TB 12.5mm hard drives won't fit either in the 2010 Mac Minis. Guess I'll be removing the optical drive then and installing it there... :p

Probably saw the writing on the wall with Apple's recent 'Post-PC' direction, even more so with iOS's impending infiltration of Mac OS.

To get that much storage you would need 1,000,000,000,000 Mac Mini Servers which costed at full retail is 70x the US national debt.
Apple's 500,000 sq ft data centre usuing Doctor Q's 10 fot of usuable vertical space could hold 104,088,861 not accounting for heat dissapation cabling storage racks etc. Therefore you would need 9,607 data centres of the size of apple's current (which was rumored to cost $1billion). However that is a storage facility literally filled with no walking space between the racks or anything like that so a sensible suggestion would be to double that.
The total size of this project would be 9,607,000,000 sq ft or 344 sq miles. Turks and Caicos Islands (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turks_and_Caicos_Islands) happens to 366 sq miles, although to allow for expansion, shipping port/airport and power plants and other ancilallry buildings such as worker housing, supermarket and such I would suggest that Hong Kong with an area of 426 sq miles is a good place to start. Although given the high population of Hong Kong it isn't an ideal place to build such a facility, therefore the Faroe Islands with a size of 538 miles might be the first sensible place to wipe out. Alternatively you could just dump it in Texas/Alaska as they have plenty of land spare. Alaska would give you natural cooling which would be a bonus over Texas although can you image the series of Ice Road truckers, "In this haul is 100,000 Mac Minis."
All in all to go for something like large with some as inappropriate as a Mac Mini is a costly and ultimately bonkers idea.

Both Sata PCI cards arrived this morning!! Just need some sata cables now :D
And my apple mouse. Its the white one with a clear outside body and white inner case where the entire body is the button and without the track ball. It matches the white apple keyboard well. I think they are both of the generation that came out with the G5 macs as they are the same as I got with my imac G5 way back when
