Britney : Third time lucky..

Britney Spears is all set to walk down the aisle for the third time with her long-term boyfriend Jason Trawick.

The 29-year-old pop star, who has been sporting a flower-shaped diamond on her wedding finger, has reportedly got secretly engaged to Trawick, who until last month was also her manager.

Talent agent Trawick, who is ten years senior to the ‘Toxic' star, proposed to her by composing a romantic poem and bedecking the ground floor of their Los Angeles mansion with candles and roses.

“Britney's desperate to settle down again and have more children. But she is very traditional and didn't want to start a family with Jason until they'd tied the knot,” concluded the source.

Legally Incompetant

Pop stars Britney Spears's lawyers are putting in efforts to dissuade her from making a statement in a perfume lawsuit, as they claim that she is not legally competent to give sworn testimony.

Brand Sense Partners are suing Spears for 10 million dollars claiming she betrayed them by trying to cut them out of a lucrative project with Elizabeth Arden despite having a deal with the company.

Though, Brand Sense wanted to take Spears’s deposition, her lawyers have so far turned the request down on grounds that she has been under a conservatorship and can’t be compelled to testify without the permission of the conservatorship's attorneys.

However, as there has been no assurance of a positive response from the attorneys for the conservatorship, Brand has asked the judge in the perfume case to order Spears to sit for the deposition.

Federline poses with pregnant girl friend

Singer Kevin Federline posed with girlfriend Victoria Prince and her baby bump in the picture confirmed reports about her pregnancy.

The two have been dating each other for two yeas. Prince is five months pregnant and the baby is expected this summer, reports usmagazine This is couple's first child and it is said to be a girl. They plan to name her Jordan.

This is Federline's fifth child. He has two sons - Jayden James, 4, and Sean Preston, 5 - with Britney Spears, and son Kaleb, 6, and daughter Kori, 8, with Shar Jackson
